To go below that one picture above your nightstand. Or get a small acrylic shelf hang your lanyard there with your keys your dorm is practically the same size as my current living space in my apartment.

I came to say this. Good ones arent that cheap and those boxes are worth saving. You gonna need them to move out, to store out of season clothes,documents,keep sakes...
