Try find b&m and Home Bargains for your ghar ka samaan aur waise cheeze (plates, mops, etc they have everything). They have great variety and good price. Supermarkets are generally higher priced but same quality. Wilko’s is also great for homeware. Good luck!

For the stains on the clothes use this spray " Elbow Grease" the colour is yellow and you can find it in Big Tesco or any other store such as B&M, all you have to do is spray it wherever the stain is and put it in wash straight after, it does an amazing job
