Hey Steph!! CONGRATS ON MOVING!!! One small concern for the bed is that if you don’t want a bed frame, you need at least a small platform underneath or something of the sorts so your mattress won’t mold!!!

It is absolutely the water! NYC pizza and bagels are the absolute best because of the NYC water. I'm a native New Yorker who lived in California for 8 years and never, no matter how many times I tried, never found a bagel or a slice of pizza that came close to the deliciousness of NYC bagels and pizza. Each time I would come home to NY to visit, the first things I wanted were a bagel and a slice of pizza. I have since moved back to NY, thankfully. A helpful tip for those washers and dryers, after washing laundry you want to keep the washer lid open because the water in the grey sleeve needs to dry. If you close the door, mold will grow inside it. Keep a dry hand towel to dry inside the grey sleeve to help.
