You could put a mural or billboard on the side of the building the Holiday Main St building.

Small idea if you add the new modular perhaps you can add a small moc building next to it (on the stair side of the new modular) with a little bit of the same old fashion look as the new modular so it is sort of an older corner of your city. But the place of putting it on that corner is quite well chosen.

Depending on what the stairs ook like on the new modular, maybe you use them to also connect to the other building building. So the stairs become a way to get to the 1st floor on both buildings

The new modular is so peculiar. After many years from my first modular (the Grand Emporium), I'm all in! Definitely I will get it too!
