Moving On - Part 1 (Understanding the Divorce Process)

"Moving On," a 14-minute video, produced by Dane County Bar Association Delivery of Legal Services Committee, is designed to assist self-represented people understand the divorce process and when it would be appropriate to consult with an attorney. The video explains when starting a divorce action without a lawyer's help may be inappropriate, such as in cases of domestic violence or where there are significant property issues. In these situations individuals are urged to obtain legal representation.
