Moving Out: Apartment Hunting in Buenos Aires in 2024 | Things to note, prices and tours

Hello everyone!
I mentioned in one of my previous videos that my lease was ending and that I was going to have to search for apartments to move out. This experience was a bit more stressful than other times because, unlike every other move before, I actually wanted to stay in the apartment where I was.
In today's video you will see a little bit of the journey that I went through visiting apartments, the different rental requirements that companies and owners currently have for a long-term lease and how easy or difficult it is to make a reservation for a specific apartment.

Hahaha thank you! I grew up speaking the language with my family from Trinidad and Tobago, I think my generally american accent is mainly due to the media that I consume! A lot of music and TV shows. Thank you for the support! I hope I have a nice trip as well 😄

For the dog issue or whatever, is just an excuse to refuse people. They do profiling of course and need a hidden toket to refuse a person. Some are good at it some are lousy and you can tell they just did not want to give you the unit. In a country where it is hard to kick people out they have to be extra careful who rent it out to

There is something you probably did not know. You have to greese the belt as they say. You have to tell the lady that you liked the unit and if she take care of everything you will "take care" of her. $100 would do the job.

Hey love, i know you mean well by making videos about argentina but please please please be more considerate.... there is a full blown crisis and making videos from your perspective isnt really usefull to us, but if you are trying to get other people to come and live here i would say CHECK YOUR PRIVILEDGES PEOPLE! you come with your dolars and rent whatever you would like, meanwhile us argentinians cannot even pay for diesel...

Understand Americans coming and spending American dollars stimulates the Economy more then anything because the earners eventually will buy things from you , I believe it is just the fact retracting from bad policy is always painful , she does great at making these videos in my opinion
