Maybe it's different from each apartment complex, but when I was apartment hunting, I kept hearing them say that renting doesn't exactly build your credit score like most people think. And that's mainly because most landlords don't report to credit bureaus because they arent required too. And in the rare chances that they do, it will be them reporting if you are late on your rent or if you get evicted which would only hurt your credit score if anything which sucks.

My auntie moved out at 16! She got someone to sign the papers for the apartment and was just fine it all depends on yourself and how you grew up a lot of people had to grow up at a young age. It truly all depends on yourself. 18 is the age you finish high school and usually go to college I know lots of people who got an apartment instead of stayed in the dorms.

I agree but life isn't fair. So it's all up to your job choices. Some of these youtubers are like 18 now and still no college. And Eva is like 21 but I don't even know I she goes college. They make tons from KZbin and it gets to be sometimes, ie Amanda steel is like 16 with her own car she bought and maddi 17 with an apartment when she moved out prior. That's life. People study years to be doctor, lawyer any job and still can't find jobs or an apartment

sunshine11931 I agree, like there are some adults out there that can't afford a car and seeing a 16 year old buying one herself, it's just shocking and the college / work 9-5 thing is harder than using a few hours/days to film and edit videos. But the thing is they better have some degree or do some online class because youtube won't always be profitable, like they better have a back up. Cause I know lots age from age 14 and such stop traditional school and do online school. Tbh I wouldn't want to do an online college, doesn't seem appealing to be and employers may take a traditional college student over an online college because you have top ivy schools , rankings etc,

Elizabeth Lizzy Well, like I said, I don't think college is the key to success because it doesn't guarantee you a job but like I said, I know people who work way harder jobs and still have a hard time paying their bills. I don't see why someone deserves a shit ton of money for doing pretty much nothing. And you're right. While this is a good job for now, it isn't going to last forever. Viewers are going to develop new interests and eventually won't have time for the internet. I'm not saying they don't deserve money because I know filming is hard work, but if you're earning enough money to buy a house or a car, that's just ridiculous to me. I feel that youtube paying these kids so much money, teaches them that money doesn't come from hard work.
