Something that helps me overcome an anxiety attack is that I walk into a room alone and stare into the mirror and say "I'm not afraid, she's afraid" and I'm talking about the 'she' inside me that has held me back for so long that I stand there, nod my head and walk out of the room and I swear I feel like a different person filled with confidence and strength. Can i just say you are so so strong, there was so many things ive wanted to do in my life but didn’t because of suffering with anxiety, I didn’t move out or have a surgery i wanted or even go to certain holidays because of anxiety but you did it all! even tho you have anxiety attacks, your a strong young girl !!
