Hello! Thank you for your question. Yes, Christian Science churches have a communion Sunday service and special hymn, although "bread" and "wine" are not shared at these services. These words from the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science say it best: "Our Eucharist is spiritual communion with the one God. Our bread, “which cometh down from heaven,” is Truth. Our cup is the cross. Our wine the inspiration of Love, the draught our Master drank and commended to his followers." Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, p. 35:25
