I also run a production company. I wrote and produced the song and had one of my artist record it. She's AMAZING!!! Thank you.

I don’t understand your approach. Your title is misleading as “The Projects Part 2” is not being built here as you are well aware of since you’ve talk to Ryan Homes, who is the builder and handling sales but not the developer (the developer is MCB Real Estate headed by David Bramble). But since you’ve talked to Ryan and know that the starting price is upper 300,000’s as in $399,000, so this will not be “The Projects 2”. So, that’s what I don’t understand, are you trying to scare people away by dredging up the ugly past by showing the Murder Mall piece? What gives? This is personal for me as I live one block away on Mt Royal Terrace across from the park at the corner of Lennox and Mt Royal. and have been here for 17 years. My house is worth nearly $600,000 and will only grow and value with this development and now with the tax reduction that is forthcoming as the citizens of the city will vote to lower the property taxes in the city which are double the taxes of any other jurisdiction in the state and three times as high as DC. This is an awesome neighborhood with neighbors who care, commune and collaborate to make the neighborhood better so dredging up the past element which was removed probably 7-10’years ago makes no sense to me. The balance of your video is good so why the sensationalism? If you want to champion Baltimore than do so. Stand ten toes down my guy on the merits of the city and stop leaning to the easy click bait headlines. It will take you further. ✌🏽✌🏽✌🏽✌🏽

Wow...is that what u took from this video? All he did was show the old "Murder Mall" & what is to come. I don't c anything wrong with that. It shouldn't deter any1 from buying there, considering something is finally being done with the old space. It's nice 2 what used 2 b, esp 4 people who want 2 know what happened. Bringing up the past & shining new light on the bright future is testament that change is possible 4 Baltimore. I live on Eutaw Pl & am excited 4 this project, as it was abandoned until Bramble came along. Not speaking on the past doesn't make it disappear. People who grew up n the area, not transplants, will always remember & talk about what it was. I'm sure they will talk even more about what it becomes. Upper 300s, b it $375 or $399, is less than what u will pay 4 anything there n it's existing edition. Salute 2 Calvin 4 covering the project. Who else is on YT right now doing videos about it? I'm glad he dredged up the past. Let it b a reminder 4 us not 2 allow this 2 happen n our community again. The ugly past has a history of repeating itself when we r unware of our history. 😉

Hello @tonywaddy. I've been telling stories with video for years. I never intend to attract viewers with "Click Bait" it is both unprofessional and untrustworthy. I have both family and friends that still live in the area and am very familiar with Bramble and his team as well as the work they are doing at the Inner Harbor. I actually volunteer at the school to speak to students whenever the opportunity presents itself. I am currently working on another video that talks about how Baltimore is rebuilding and bringing new opportunities for current and future residents. Again, I apologize if you felt mislead. My intention is and always will be to shed a positive light on our Charm City. I went to Pasadena to show the model of homes being built here and will showcase the ones actually on location. I travel the world and LOVE coming home to Baltimore. Anyone living in Baltimore or moving to Baltimore has an opportunity to see all of the good, the bad and the ugly. We will only move forward as ONE BALTIMORE. Your City, My City, Charm City. Thank you for watching and commenting. I'm open to suggestions on more videos to produce and always open for referrals if you know someone wanting to buy or sell a home. Thank you @mistermilkman.
