Good day, all the land in Botswana is managed by each district landboard, it will be helpful to consult Tawana Land Board, also consult with Maun development committee. You can be lucky to get a free estate agent any where. All the land in the delta falls on consesion sites, please engage a lawyer (preferably in Maun) to disentangle you through legalities before you part with your hard earned cash.
