Looking at your video reminds me all the things which I missed to cherish because of load of carry heavy hand and cabin bag. I travelled on 15th april . And 4 days back it was also my first snow . Yes 23*2 and 7*1 is standard however generally they allow you to carry a laptop bag as well. I’ve seen people carrying 2-3 bags as they don’t measure the weight of your laptop bag and handbag. Just make sure your stroller doesn’t go over 7kgs.

Free wifi would be available in Toronto’s airport as well as in the connecting flight’s airport (if applicable). Internet won’t work since you won’t be getting any signal.
