Hi David very informative video. Are they golf cart friendly? I know they're not retirement communities but just wondering if you can use a golf cart to move about the neighborhoods.

Of the three Bridgewater would be the most golf cart friendly as the entire community has an oversized sidewalk running through it. Makes it ideal for walking, bikes and even golf carts to and from amenities

It would depend on the type of loan you qualify for. There is 0% down for VA and USDA loans, 3.5% for FHA loans and 3-5% down for conventional

There are gators pretty much anywhere in Florida but I can count on one hand the amount of times I've seen one in North Lakeland. You'll see a bunch heading towards Winter Haven
