Its really good that you didnt move to the house that had possible mold, I lived in a place that had mold and it seriously seriously ruined my health and mental state. The second my lease was done and I moved out I was just crying out of relief.

Rent is probably around $8,000-12,000 a month. It's a three bedroom house. Lots of one bedroom apartments in the city cost $2500 or more. This is in an unusually lush residential area in the hills, probably near one of the canyons. It's not a mansion and it's obviously an older home, but it's still a very grand place for a 20-something in LA, so she may have financial help from her family.

Why does everyone always act like everything needs to be so personally relatable for THEM? Why can't you just watch something and enjoy it without having to make it about you? Thank god you did not buy the mold house! Always get ERMI testing done before moving into new places. Mold is dangerous more than you think it ruined my life. I finally got into a safe mold free home and worst part is mold can’t be invisible to the eye. So happy for you!
