There's no doubt if you're buying one of the waterfront homes shown in the video it will be expensive. Having said that, there are much more affordable properties inland that cater to people of all income brackets.

A community that does not have affordable housing for working people, is not a livable community; if you move here, I hope you like painting your house, fixing things when they break, doing your own home maintenance and cleaning, and paying double for dry cleaning, dental, legal and lots of other services.
