Goods : Nice parks Many of them lakeside, Quiet area, Lots of office jobs/warehouse And connections to other cities, Some good eats. Bads : Highend cost of living more than other cities House, Property tax, food stores, Only 1 major highway west to east. only 1 major street (Dundas) Commute times to And from Oakville If you work in Toronto can be hard on Longweekends, Winter weather, construction repairs, There is inter train / bus services That are pretty good on travel times You would really have to be set up job wise Or ownership at a local company on buying something here
