Moving to PCola beach on 8/31. Coming from VT where we don’t have a store, post office or gas station in my town. Grocery store is 1/2 hour away. We are very excited to have live music and lots of activities, festivals and sun!!

Hello thank you for the kind words! So the main flooding you need to worry about are storms and hurricanes. We haven’t seen any flooding since moving here. Air quality is good, much better than the big city we came from. Sounds like a fun trip!
