Yes the main part of Potomac is highly wealthy Highend homes then you have thee borderline part of Potomac near Rockville which can be pricey but also there’s affordable homes in the lower end of Potomac Maryland

Hey Kevin, I hear the buying situation in Potomac is bleak. Multiple offers, people lined up for open houses, offers $100,000 over asking. Are you expecting it to get better for buyers in the spring?

I grew up in the north east area of Silver Spring. Worked as a tractor/mower repairer when in high school 1970s. We always hated to deal with the people in Potomac. New money, big cheesy houses, too self important We preferred to go to Old Chevy Chase. (old money) not flashy, not nervous about their status, most did not put on airs, often got a nice thank you and or tip.
