I have plans to move to South Dakota when I retire. I'm still deciding between Sioux Falls and Rapid City.

Far prettier in Rapid City

The both have different advantages, with SF being the more devloped city. But if you're an outdoors person you'd likely enjoy Rapid more

Sioux falls for city and jobs and Healthcare. Rapid city more crime but prettiest area

Great video! Could you describe the allergy seasons in Sioux Falls and do they affect you? Thanks

You are very good at oration. I bet you have public speaking background. You were just enthusiastic enough, without being over the top about all of this, and I mean that in a great way. Wonderful work.

Depends on what you consider affordable and what kind of apartment is acceptable to you. The apartments you may consider affordable have no building security as in locked access, no in unit washer/dryer, and poor vetting of tenants. Be careful which property management company you rent from because you may end up being surrounded by meth heads and crime. The more you pay for an apartment, the less of these problems you'll have.

Funny how many people think they are about that snow life and leave after one winter 😂
@lordoffaiyum9727 Жыл бұрын
I am moving there in a few months. Massachusetts gets 49 inches a year. South dakota gets 30. Lot less snow than Mass. Just colder cause of wind. Both places have bad winters. Mass is horrible.

1. Is it racist ? Will a single black professional man in healthcare be happy ? 2. How difficult is it for a single professional man to date a single woman and find love ? 3. How difficult is it to build a circle of friends ? (Are locals interested in making new friends) 4. Is it a transient city ? 5. Do single men from other states complain about the dating scene ?

White people move there to be with other white people, that is called tribalism.
@ian2372 Жыл бұрын
Just stay out, we don't need this sort of attitude in our state.
