Martha, there hasn't been a Hurricane that hit TS in a 100 years. As a realtor in the area you should know this!

Hi Eleonora thank you for watching and for your comment. My comment about hurricanes was referring to “all of Florida” addressing the concerns of people moving to Florida that are not used to Hurricane season. Yes you are correct we are very luck to have not been hit by a Hurricane in the last 100 years but we never know what could happen thats why I was giving the tips on how to be prepared (if anything ever did happen hopefully not).
