i‘m from berlin and i‘m shocked as well. it tells me that the housing market has gone completely mad! i wouldn‘t be able to afford to move appartments in my own city :-/

incredibly high prices! i’m wondering are they even legal with the new law (mietobergrenze)? who can afford such prizes? i‘m originally from berlin, live here since forever, and luckily still have my old contract. otherwise I really don‘t know...
