@@DearDaquita First Congratulations on your accomplishments! She would love some tips, she said she recently purchased study materials for the upcoming exam in February, Emanuel Strategies and Tactic for the MBE. She says she welcome all the tips she can get.

@47lynne Thank you so much!!! Yes, that is the EXACT book that I was going to suggest. The key is to do ALL of the questions and read ALL of the answer choices even the wrong ones bc it is in the explanations that she will be able to thoroughly learn the federal law and any applicable exceptions and/or defenses. The next thing is to read and issue spot ALL of the past essay exams including the answers bc GA posts the 3 bests answers for each essay and in that she will also be able to quickly make sure she’s pulling and writing about the the correct issue and not for example writing about contract law when the issue involves torts. She will also see how to structure all of the law that she’s learned in Emmanuel using the IRAC essay format that the graders love to see in the essays. I hope this helps but of course let me know if anything needs to be further clarified.

As a Brooklyn girl I’m going to tell you ain’t nothing like Brooklyn. So much character and love. It’s such an amazing borough. The commute can hurt depending on where in Brooklyn you live but I loved living there. I recently moved to the burbs but Brooklyn is where my heart is.

Congratulations on your move. As a native NYer. Brooklyn is NYC. You don't need to be in Manhattan. The commute may be a lot depending on where you live but overall living outside of Manhattan offers a better quality and better value.

I'm so happy you made it safely and everything got there in one piece. 🎊 Hoping the new year celebration treated you well. If you can, change to Cablevision/Optimum after your trial with Spectrum ends. The pricing is better and you can half way threaten to leave and they'll give you free premium channels for six months. As far as food shopping goes, gentrification has seen most of the grocery stores in this borough close down. C-Town is definitely a go-to but you'll want to buy some insulated freezer bags and make a trip to H Mart, when you're in Manhattan and planning to Uber back home. H Mart is on 38th St in K-town. They're a Korean grocer and they have everything you need. It's way more affordable than Whole Foods or Trader Joe's. They have a really good selection and really good pre-premade food.

I am so confused. Why is this young lady doing all this labor all by herself, when she has 90K subs, of which she may have, at a minimum, a dozen good friends? 90K is literately the size of an entire town.
