No Amy I’ve had 3 sons do not lose yourself infact take more care of yourself when you become a mother and a wife it’s important because you are going to be a new women a different woman once you give birth a version of you your yet to meet she will need pampering and nurturing and if you take time to do this even if it’s just a small pocket of time a day you will not lose yourself but will be introduced to a new beautiful version of you and yes the old you will be gone that’s because you will be a mother and wife not just Amy and that’s an amazing thing not a negative thing I wish mums would embrace motherhood and see the beauty in it rather than being fooled into thinking they should get back to the old them and their old bodies etc embrace new and growth

Your Mum is great and your Bradley’s Mum. I’m blessed to have a good Mum too. My Mum made a point of getting me a beautiful new coat and boots after I had my daughter and to keep my identity as well as being a new mum x That was back in 1993 and I’m now a Grandma to a beautiful Grandson and did the same for my daughter after the birth of her son. Love following you, and advise on products, my younger daughter treated me to the Foxy Lox hair oil and it smells amazing and keep my hair in great condition 😊

Just wanted to say because you didn’t mention it when speaking about your hair. When pregnant your hair (and teeth) are really vulnerable and sensitive. So you have to really be on top of them. If you haven’t got a dental appointment, make sure you get that booked in. Up until a year after giving birth this is important.
