I never heard someone think you have to move when your lease is up, never heard someone say that. I'm in real estate you can keep renewing your lease for as long as the landlord offers for you to renew and you should really contact your landlord to ask if you can renew, especially when renting a house or town home. Usually with apartment buildings, you can lease for many years. Just be aware of the environment, maintenance of the building and how much they raise the rent from year to year and if its worth it.

If you like high rises you'll love the one being built at 1072 peachtree nw it'll be 733ft in the air & 60 stories when said and done with a rooftop pool etc. It'll be done mid-late next yr & it's the tallest skyscraper built in ATL in 3 decades.
