3rd apartment is giving very beautiful....So vele vele in Gauteng apartments cost that much to rent cause woow in Cape Town like for example apartment 1 you will pay R8500 . I've seen places with 2040 rates but 1907 touches 💀🤣

Apartment 1 was so dirty shame I don't understand how they can even show it in this state 😱😱. Apartment 4 is also far, partition doesn't give privacy. I think you took the one with darker cabinets. I'm new here, loved the vlog and have subscribed

3rd apartment this ur monthly bond repayment fee with ur salary. apply for a bond with the bank for that complex unit. after 2-3 of salary increase move out n get a tenant , while u move a less expense apartment.

hi, Afcho is really a great option to consider, most of their buildings are clean, have laundromats,good wifi plus play area & rooftop "garden" the perks might be noise & lack of lighting, rooms are always dark during the day

BUT I HOPE YOU NEGOTIATED TO 6, 000. also i would say any apartmen with electricty cookers should be downgraded. lets be honest, Eskom makes electricty not an asset for house/apartment hunting. also any property owner that does not clean a place before a showing....in this day and age is a NO NO.
