Moving is soooo hectic. In fact, hectic cannot even describe how hectic it is. I recently moved and it was crazy. Because of this, Congrats, Linda, for moving. The new house is so spacious. Congrats girl the visuals are much better than the last house but because the house is bigger your already small voice is dissipating. Maybe you can invest in a microphone? Karibu to your new lovely house Teraji is so excited happy for you both. Love the arrangement in the living room. Maybe you can move the end piece of the couch to the bedroom or replace it where you have he shoe rack and place the rack near the door so that the shoes are a little further away from the living area. Alternatively you can use the end piece as a foot stool in front of the couch.

Love the new apartment, I think you should push the sofa closer to the window and place your foot rest on the side, i don't really think you need to be walking around the sofa... lol.. that just my take on your question.
