@@sarellyquezada7577 All three are amazing places to raise kids.All three are touching. Holly springs and wake forest are more pricey then Raleigh. They have great schools,restaurants,parker's whatever you are looking for.

I live in a 2 bedroom trailer and its $800 a month. So I would say $800-$1800 depending where you move in Raleigh. I live In the country. 10 mins from Downtown

@@natjuj894 we're going to rent an apartment. We actually just spoke with the management company of one complex and they will hold it for us. We have to put a deposit of course and fill out the application. They do virtual touring or send a video and pictures. Seems pretty simple and smooth. What about you?

I would put the couch not against the wall. So the version you described with the tv at the wall where yor bedroom is ( if i got that right. ) I think it would separate the kitchen and living area. Cant wait to see it with furniture and what you decide 👍☺️

Also it seems like that's how they set up the living room anyways since you can see the cable outlet and electric outlet on the wall your TV will go. I get what you mean about that bar on the kitchen island however I think if you put the couch in front of the island it’ll close off the space and make it look smaller versus if you put the couch against a wall, it’ll keep the space open. Honestly, I think once you have all your furniture and decor in you won’t even notice that anymore ☺️ just my opinion

Stick to the West side of town or Clemmons. Most productive people live on the outskirts in the bedroom communities, but there are some downtown loft apartments from the old tobacco factories that are pretty nice. The historic areas like Buena Vista are nice too, but cost BIG bucks to live in. There's a lot of crime in the inner city. I work in W-S, but live in Fancy Gap Va. across the Va/NC Border from Mount Airy NC

Long Lance we are actually moving to kernersville I just say Winston Salem because I’m not sure how many people know kernersville it’s such a small town. I’m excited we got into a very nice development. Hoping I can find a job easily

​@@jamiepagliarulo4985 Kernersville is pretty safe as long as you're not in any of the apartments near the Goodwill on 150. The police don't eff around in K-vegas and have low tolerance for BS. My grandmother lives there. The biggest problem with K-vegas is that it has grown too fast and it's a little congested. When I was growing up it was more rural than anything. Now it's thriving big time. Do you know what area you're moving to? I also graduated from East Forsyth High School. My parents have always lived in the Blue Ridge Mountains, but my mother was a teacher in Winston Salem, so I would go to school from my grandmother's in Kvegas because my mother commuted here to work like half the people in Fancy Gap Va.(abt. 60 mins from W-S) They still do, but now most of them work in hospitals and medical offices instead of the tobacco factories and sewing mills.
