@@iq8021 Really .. Which brand ? Because I can’t find anything taste as half as good compares to HK . I am buying ”奇有“ they are OK but definitely not great …. TY for your suggestion
For preparing the pot rice, may consider use the cast iron 16cm pot or saucepan, it also gives great favor and the brown rice at the botton, but safe as the inside is not coated with unknown coating (you never know what the inside dark shiny coating is nowadays for things made in XX sale at a low price). An alternative is the Japanese clay pot.
