Not sure, but maybe worth a try. You could get a small silage pit, which is 25K and the loading wagon for 30K. You can load the silage into the loading wagon straight from the pit. At least you could in fs22. This would get you into silage for the least amount. No bales or wrapping needed. Silage isn’t as profitable as it was in 22 but you still get a lot of it this way :) Love te series mate, just subbed. Keep m coming!

@thepartypinguin-nl - It's a great point. It was something I was being wishy washy about but *(spoiler)* I ended up going the baler route. I really wanted to do bales :)

From my understanding (and I could be wrong) but I believe 6m is the best length not 9m to make maximum profit. But it's definitely tough to guess lengths without the forestry mod that measures your cut lengths. Also you can pull in your winch line by hitting LB+RB and moving the left stick left and right to shorten and lengthen the winch line
@Reaper-fe3gj20 күн бұрын
Yeah I see a chart as well 6 m logs are the best paying logs..
@ZorchFarming20 күн бұрын
@@rororymer6938 ahh yes 6m that's right. My mistake. Great point on the winch line note! 🤠

I some times will paint bushes in the corners to mark my land boundary. You could then put some down the line as needed. Gives it a nice natural look.
@ZorchFarming18 күн бұрын
@3clawsgaming a really solid idea right there too. Once we get more of the trees sorted I could certainly look to implement that!

hey z, maybe a small tip that could help you make a bit more money when logging, try finding the manchirian rep pines, they are the dark brown pine trees with a squigly top. i'm pretty sure they are going to be worth more then all the other pine trees each tree. they have more girth. i was typing this before the end of the video, so yo figured that one out already lol. And yeah if you take notice those branches on them don't have collisions, if you look at them closely they are different colour and look like they pasted that on there (lazy artwork imo). keep at it you will get this.
@ZorchFarming19 күн бұрын
@@bikermouse-d7c it's very odd why they felt the need to rush a game. It feels like they didn't begin working on it until this year and just rushed to get it out. Really weird the way the industry is now days

Drag the logs to the saw mill at full length, cut them to proper size, then sell. LESS TRIPS
@ZorchFarming20 күн бұрын
@Big-Buck-Down It's a good idea, but unfortunately, it will not allow you to cut trees if it is not your land.
@bumaxinator837120 күн бұрын
I may be wrong but im pretty sure the branches that are a different shade have no collision so it shouldnt be affected if it hits something thats why you can walk through them

A little late to the party but 6 meter is the most profitable.... Best way is bring 4 full trees and cut them outside the sell point. That way you are maximizing your time and not making 4 trips for what you can do in 1 outside the sell point
@ZorchFarming14 күн бұрын
