Plot Summary
Human child Mowgli is raised by a wolf pack in the jungles of India. As he learns the often harsh rules of the jungle, under the tutelage of a bear named Baloo and a panther named Bagheera, Mowgli becomes accepted by the animals of the jungle as one of their own, but the fearsome tiger Shere Khan doesn't take a liking to him. But there may be greater dangers lurking in the jungle, as Mowgli comes face to face with his human origins.

Guys guys guys this was always going to be the very first liveaction Jungle Book film before Fox went ahead and burped out that sugary John Favreau version. But those of you who followed the development of this one, will know how long it's been in the works. And can we just appreciate the stellar cast, man? I'm floored, man. From Christian Bale to Matthew Rhys, a series of heavyweight serious actors who's sure to delivery something extraordinary. And face it, this looks WAY more loyal to the source material and cinematically better as well. I'll pay to watch this!
