right?! I've seen others' videos too and their redness/swelling is super mild! At least we know it's doing something for us!

I'm so glad you found it helpful, albeit a little scary at times I'm sure! YES! The redness did finally dissipate. I'd say it took almost a month for my skin to level out and look really great.

Yes, please reschedule! Even if you wear makeup, it won't make any difference until about day 6/7!

Thanks for sharing. I shall be starting soon. How often do you go between laser treatments.. and I'm on hydroquinone 4 percent cream.. and some pills for the melasma. First time in 10 years a dermatologist has given me hope for better skin tone. I'm scared to go that long without make up my white scars are pretty deep and so embarrassing.

After one year, has your melasma improved, worsened, or is it the same as the first time?

After a year, my melasma did return, but not to the degree it once was. Not worse for sure.

For my daughters cold sores we have found that Acyclovir has been so much more effective than drugstore products like Abreva which does nothing! 💕
