Since the Fortress Resource Defense mission has higher base enemy levels than the other resource defense missions it rewards more xp. After doing around 10-12 waves I went from level 1-22 with the 30% xp boost.

Speaking of EXP farming, White-night Gulch Block Kuiper mining is the best I've found, I can solo through wave 10 on a farm bunny build and I go from lv 1 to 21-22 from a single run and it's also faster than than the wave defense missions because you can just run in a circle around each spawn point and mobs spawn WAY faster than def missions

yep, in my experience this is the fastest. Can get to 1-40 in 2.5 runs and each run is about 13-15 minutes.

Here a tip : If you doing mission zone grind, you dont really need to walk all way back to activate the mission again, just press F12 when it completes and press R to restart .

Also for that fully built catalyst. Ask your friend IF they bought a catalyst from the shop during that mission. Because if you buy something from the shop while in a mission it will show the item as a drop from the mission reward screen.

I think I found another instant vault farm, but on white-night gulch. I don’t know if this is already known but; Spawn in at the Moongrave Basin, the farthest most right spawn, you should be next to a waterfall. Look to the left and ping, every time I’ve done so there was a vault in the caves there. I found this while I was getting mats for Gley, hope it’s helpful!

Great video! Thanks for the information. One thing I want to mention, for Breaker farming: it requires further testing, but me and my buddy's experience from 20+ hours of grinding Anticipated Ambush is that if you have Equipment Drop Rate and/or Module Drop Rate substats on your Externals, you seem to get MUCH less, if any, Code Breakers. Kuiper/Gold Rate doesnt seem to affect it, and Consumable Drop Rate either doesnt hurt it, or it actually improves it. Please leave a reply if you notice this helping you or if you think I'm entirely wrong.

fun fact, you don’t lose the rewards for a “mission fail” so there’s literally 0 reason for anyone to leave after wave 7. You get the reward for reaching that wave you’ll literally see if pop up on the side where rewards normally pop up after the continue screen

if you want an even better vault farm head over to aurora forest outpost on fortress and go up the hill to the first cave on the right, 3 different vaults can spawn in that location and if none spawn there you can go forward to the bridge, hop down the left side of the bridge and walk until you find a cave this cave has 3 different vault spawns as well and before anybody asks yes they can spawn in the same area ive had it happen before many times where two vaults are just next to eachother. this is good for kp farming and for energy residue farming for that ultimate bunny that you people love so much. mox i definitely recommend making a video on this farm because its amazing for ultimate bunny farming and kuiper farming also i havent seen anyone else talk about this one either so its kinda lowkey edit: forgot to mention but if you dont get spawns in either locations mainly the first cave you can just hop outposts and respawns them, when you spawn in turn around and ping while looking at the mountainside if you hear a bloop or the ding sound run to the cave if you dont that means neither cave system has a vault in it, its super easy to do and really quick i got 100 energy in about an hour of farming this.

There actually seems to be a quicker vault farm (both hard and normal) by the Unknown Laboratory mission in Sterile Land. One always seems to spawn right by the mission marker, which is only five seconds from a teleport spot.

I will say this for the vault farm, I've been having some problems with the vaults not spawning after a certain number of unlocks at miragestone, however, I've found consistently 2 vaults each reset at the storage, with a higher chance that one to two of them are epic vaults.

In White-night Gulch > Moongrave Basin there's a mission called Water-cooling Recording Device, you can intentionally let a few mobs at the start of the mission occupy the A point and then leave them alive, which will then rapidly spawn large groups of enemies at two different areas and you can kill them until you run out of time on the mission, then restart and repeat. This farm also rapidly drops gold rarity sensor external components. In a 4m17s run with two decently geared people I got 15.5k kuiper (no boost), 183k gold, and a lot of sensors. The rewards of this one scale with how fast you can wipe out the enemies to allow the next ones to spawn.

Vault farm can be "improved" a tiny little bit, after opening Miragestone vault teleport to Vermilion Waste, main big spawn, and 50m from it has a vault with 90% spawn chance (It was there 15 times in a row for me), there is a "crack" in the ground where You can jump in, not hard to find.

Great guides man - LOVE IT So, there are two type of encrypted vaults - analyzer and breaker (at the end of the vaults name) analyzer "key" says it is for normal mode and breaker for hard mode. Now, I don't know if it is broken or meant to be like that but I get analyzer vaults in hard mode as well And sometimes those vaults don't respawn after multiple teleports between different maps etc (yes I am doing it in private mode)

Hey bro. Love your content first and foremost but I have a discrepancy. If you have high voltage I argue it’s better for farm. It’s way more dps and range with the right build. Put on some crit cooldown ect. And pair it with the supernova externals it does more dps. And in echo the cave enemies just die because of the extra range. I’m hitting for 320 k on my bolts and mobbing is way easier when everything just gets one shot. Would love for you to test this hypothesis out.

The crystallization catalyst dropped for my friend from the special op block kuiper mining on sterile land and this is only 10 waves so its a lot faster of a farm and i guess every special op will have a chance to give you a crystallization catalyst at the end imo
