I so enjoyed your video! Your love for Moynat is contagious. I recently bought the Gabrielle PM in the new Prussian Blue and adore it. I'm used to bigger bags and am thinking about getting the same model you have, Rejane PM in Tourterelle. So gorgeous! I have a question to ask about the closure. Someone told me that to properly shut the bag, you have to set it down on a flat surface in front of you, then close it with both hands. You can't easily close it when you're wearing it crossbody. Is this true ?

Thank you so much 💓 the Gabrielle PM is beautiful! It’s such a classic :) haha let me know if you do decide to get the rejane! You don’t have to lie it on a flat surface to close the bag. You can close it while wearing the bag. I can close it with one hand, just slip the lock in and click. But to open it, I usually need two hands. One to press the lock down and the other to lift the flap.

Otherwise I may go for the Gaby (Taupe) or the Gabrielle in your color (Tourterelle). Another question, please. Does the Tourterelle soil easily? If so, how do you clean it?

Yes! Go try it in stores that is the best way ☺️☺️ I have the gaby and I absolutely love it! The tourterelle does not stain at all, I’ve had mine for 7 years and it still looks as good as new. I find moynat’s leather quality to be great. ☺️

Please can you share if a Moynat bag comes with a certificate card or year marking akin to other luxury houses. Also between your two Moynat bags, which do you prefer and why? I’m considering them

Yes Moynat bags come with a certificate card. However I don’t think the bags come with a marking to indicate which year they are produced in. It’s a really tough choice between both bags! If you already have a few bags, I would add the rejane as it is unique and iconic to Moynat. If you are looking for an everyday bag, I would get the Gabrielle/ Gaby as it is classic and timeless 😊😊

I bought the PM many many years ago below 3k pounds. But I have since sold it and gotten the BB sized one. :) uploaded a video recently on this!

It is a hard choice isn’t it. Depends on your frame and what you would like to use it for 😊 The PM is the classic size but I feel BB is more versatile and lighter! Would love to know what you eventually decide on!

@@gorillasinheels I tried both sizes the pm looks nice when crook on my arm, but the bb looks cuter when cross body with strap 🥹 besides there are not much different in price too 🤔 I wish I could take both

@@gorillasinheelsI went to Moynat boutique in Mayfair yesterday. There are only two colours available in PM size. Moynat got rid of most colours in store and online. I wanted to get in Emerald, so I was too late. It seems like the brand will probably phase out the PM size and produce more in BB and Nano size for now.

Yes there has been a change in creative director so they have removed the classics from stores. Ah yes… it seems the smaller sizes are more popular now. My SA told me that they recognise the rejanes are very popular and you can still order the PM size from them. Have you tried asking the SA whether you can order the PM in emerald? (P.s it’s a beautiful shade of green, I love it!)

I love love love the gaby PM 💜 Definitely prefer the Gaby’s silhouette over the Gabrielle. I think the relaxed structure makes it perfect for causal wear 😊😊 I’ll do a review of the gaby soon! Keep a look out :)
