Moza Aircross 2 gimbal problems found basically "out of the box"

I've got the Feiyu AK2000 which doesn't have any of those problems. The only problem with mine is that I never use it, because with a camera mounted the whole thing feels too heavy after about 10 minutes of lugging it around

I contacted Moza, they asked for a video. Then they said return it for replacement. Have not tried the new one yet.
