Great example of a multi use tool for photo/videos. Is that maximum height floor to tip, including the tripod base? When doing 360 photography I like the lens to be at 1600mm and could see this as a great addition to my bag if it was just that little longer.

Another great video. This looks interesting, will go for it depending on some answers to a couple questions. This looks great, but as it extends it looks like it would put a lot of pressure on the tripod. How do you prevent it from tipping over? Right now, I have a nice carbon fiber travel tripod - a Mefoto Globetrotter. I sometimes change to head to a heavier fluid head for video or to handle a 200-500 lens. That said, it really isn't designed for a heavy load. So, would I need to get a bigger, sturdier tripod to use the Slypod Pro?

What I always do is put a bag with sand under the tripod which is hanging from the tripod down... That is why there is a hook below to tripod.... Even if I’m filming outdoors i use my camera bag to make the tripod not tip over... I hang it there

Great review! Covers almost everything i'm interested in. One question when it comes to slow travel speeds for timelapse shots: How slow can it go? What is the lowest limit when controlling at the device itself? And is it slower when using the app? Does it make smooth slow movements or is it just working in timelapse mode and standing still while taking the picture? I'm asking because i cannot sync every camera with the slider and want it to move continously slow.

..and if you have the Aircross 2 gimbal, you can program and combine movements of the Slypod and the gimbal for incredible repetitive motion shots.

What about the Slypod “wobble” that affected the previous versions? We need to see the results of close up slides from start to finish at max speed to check for wobble and jitter. If you don’t believe me I have a video that demonstrates the problems perfectly. Also MOZA support is terrible so don’t rely on them if you’re thinking about this product. I’m still waiting on a replacement for my Slypod E.

I Got The IPhone 12 pro. With 67 mm nd filter and anamorphic lens combined with The moment case. In total The stuff weighs about 350 grams. So i Got The DJI om4 and it cant carry all that weight..... so my question is. What Gimbal should i get for this setup? Please help me if you know The answer to this 🙏

Looks very nice, but looks like being twice the price of its predecessor. Also, it seems quite noisy (unless your mic is exaggerating the effect), but if you're adding background music, I suppose it won't be an issue. Best of all, it looks like you'd be able to defend yourself against Darth Maul, with it! :-)

Moza is pushing a $535 special on this “today” anyone know if they fixed the software issues? If you have the Rhino II Arc would there be any good reason to get this (already having the Aircross II Gimble) ‘cause it looks like it would be easier to setup for vertical shots… Also, I bought into the Nikon Z6 and no one (other than Atomos Ninja) has bought into that “game changing” (😅) alternative (if Apple FCPX ever comes up with a profile for that ProRes RAW instead of having to use Sony’s CIN to match the Z6’s video chip) 🧐

URGENT SAFETY NOTICE - Refer to the DJI Mini 2 Two way charging hub. Do NOT leave batteries in the hub once charged as they are intelligent batteries. Once charged put into fireproof container.
