I see what you mean. But in reality Mozart’s “said to be” last piece was 08 ‘Lacrimosa’ In fact, that piece was unfinished by the composer himself due to his death. When I was smaller, I too believed that Confutatis was his last piece, due to the movie, but in Amadeus it was mentioned that in the ‘Morning of Mozart’s death’ scene, Mozart said “Let’s rest a little, we’ll finish thge Lacrimosa later…”
