I was a grunt at Carnegie Hall 30 odd years ago... And still the best job perks I've had, close second being the library (my second job at the time). Then I must've eaten a brain tumor because then I went into social work and mental health... I miss being a teenager working where I had access to all the books and the best music.

He's actually playing a guitar. Look closely at the neck, It's not a banjo where the one string & associated turner is shorter than the rest. It's a standard 6 string guitar neck attached to a banjo body. It sounds awesome. The tunings between a banjo & a guitar are different. Knowing how to play a guitar doesn't translate to knowing how to play a banjo. Some can play both obviously, but this fellow, although his guitar playing is excellent, he isn't playing the banjo.

It's called a hammer-on. Watch any metal guitarist tap while unplugged. It takes quite a bit of practice, but it isn't impossible. Herman Li plays the guitar like a piano, and taps like a champ. Kurt Hammet uses blues variant tapping arpeggios rather well, too.

I love your art man. You clearly have a passion for this stuff that you do on your channel. This Mozart piece you’ve created is more interesting than a classical guitarist would be able to make it. You saw the tone of the banjo and the potential for adapting Mozart onto it. At times you are a plucked instrument like a guitar or banjo, others you sound like a harpsichord, and in other moments you’re playing it like a bowed instrument like a violin. You’ve got it all and you’re playing the master music maker. Well done! Very creative thinking. I’m blown away. Can you do Nickelback next?

@@Ivan-Ivanovv Эту фанеру ещё записать попробуй сперва в студии. Сделать красивую картинку на природе и хороший звук одновременно невозможно. Поэтому все записывают сперва голос/инструмент отдельно, а потом видео к этому звуку. По себе знаю, пару раз попробовал записать и видео и звук одновременно, в итоге 1.5 часа неудачных дублей из-за эффекта смотрящей камеры, тонны гигабайт видеоматериала ненужного, тонны звукового материала. И всё это в итоге надо будет скинуть на комп и обработать ещё. Камера при этом изнашивается, что опять же только в минус такой записи идёт. Это я про домашнюю запись говорю. А на природе записать звук в целом невозможно из-за акустических свойств воздушной среды: ветер, нет источников реверберации. Ко всему прочему профессионалы записывают на микрофоны, а не на камеру звук, их не подключить на природе никак, слишком много возни будет ради ничего.
