Very textbook. I love its' clean texture and precision. Pedaling just at the precise moment necessary, and the tempo...any faster, the ornamentation loses it's beauty...BRAVISSIMO!

i wish i can play beautifully like this... so nice... i have played this piece before and found it is harder to make it sound light and flowing. often my hands are too heavy on the keys. but here is how it should sound: light and happy :)

@cheradinine8 No. This was written in 1774. Mozart was born in 1856. Therefore, he was either 17 or 18 when he wrote it, more likely 18.

This sonata wasn't meant as an exercise for a student. In fact, this one (along with the 4 sonatas he wrote after this) were written as practice for him. He was going to go study with a teacher in Munich when he 19, and he wrote these in advance to bring with him. Mozart himself was the student in this case~
