Honestly, I haven’t been familiar with the work of Mr Eschenbach. I really enjoy and highly appreciate his sensitivity, musicality , touch and technique by playing all Mozart’s sonatas. Thank you, David, for sharing this treasure with us.

He was in my opinion, one of the greatest interpreters of Mozart. I have his complete recordings of all the Mozart sonatas on my channel if you’re interested. I highly recommend them.

Woowww..this is the very first Mozart Lp I owned!! I was just 5 years old when my parents gave me this Lp as a birthday present...but it was just a single lp with three sonatas,the box with the complete sonatas was far too expensive!!!! I still love Eschenbach's playing,so clear and full of passion,even in the "sonata facile"! Great Mozart interpreter,I am really glad to hear him again here,on your channel!! Grazie mille!
