Well I see why you would think so because it’s the first movement. But this is acutally just the 1st movement of the 40th symphony. In other words, the first part of the whole piece, so its basecly a way to divide the piece in to smaller sections. From listening to this recording i would say this is played in G Minor. Now I Belive that Mozart’s ”first song” or piece was ”A Minute And Trio in G Major” since it was the first documented. It was called KV 1 (and he eventually make it all the way up to KV 626, his Requiem) and he composed it when he was only five years old. I belive this is the KV 550, meaning this is his 550th song/piece.
