During this lockdown, it is very tough to find readymade mozzarella cheese in the market. so I'm sharing an easy recipe to make mozzarella cheese without any chemicals or preservatives. The texture and the flavor of this mozzarella cheese are exactly the same as our readymade mozzarella cheese. thus we can use this mozzarella cheese as we use the readymade mozzarella cheese. To make this cheese, you can use packed cow milk and vinegar instead of fresh cow milk and lemon juice. I have shared some tips and tricks at the end of the video about this recipe.
INGREDIENTS
(From this we'll get approx 120g )
*1-liter cow milk
*3 tbs lemon juice

the process of soaking and squeezing in hot water should be continued until the cheese ball become stretchier , then start the process with ice chilled water

Use normal temperature water to soak cheese ball otherwise it will burst and mix up in hot water. Soak it in salt water few times to kill acidic taste of lemon

Thank you very much, I learned to make the cheese with vinegar but I wanted to do it with lemon because I want to drink the whey or water. Now I see I can use it for dough also. Lemon will make paneer ..... If you want to make mozerella ,only vinegar is suitable for that purpose.

Store bought cheese has salt taste but in this we r not adding any salt so how it will hav tht taste

if you want to add salt to it , add while curdling the milk.

I assume you mean process. Paneer is sometimes known as cottage cheese. Cheese has emulsifiers, whereas Paneer has no emulsifiers. Cheese is normally made from crude milk fats. On the other hand, paneer is the domestic form of cheese

fitcuri will leave its taste into the cheese so i will not recommend it but surely you can use vinegar

if it is not separated in the period of 10 to 15 mins then these maybe the reason * quality of the milk * proper quantity of lemon juice hasn't been added * temperature of the milk *the mixture should be starred continuously

maybe your paneer is not curdled properly. these may be the reason * Quality of the milk * proper quantity of lemon juice hasn't been added * Temperature of the milk *the mixture should be stirred continuously Note - you have to squeeze the panner in the hot water if your water is not hot enough. Heat up the water again and follow the process again.

U can use an air tight container . the main objective is that the cheese should not have a contact with the surrounding air
