Ph.d in theory not practical world... He is p.hd in practical world... How many noble price the ph.ds have earned even for entire country...not a single... How many have contributed to create a buisness,or an organisation through their reserch where they can consume thousands of unemployed youths.... We are cramming yhery books and from online sites and putting that in the form of a book or paper and become ph.ds...sorry to say....need to change the education policy....and I think the policy can only be changed by the MP what u call matric pass....
