MP2005-19 Former President Truman with Senators Kennedy and Johnson, 1957-1960

This film is a mix of segments of former President Harry S. Truman with visiting VIPs in the Kansas City area. Most segments have sound, but some portions are silent. Included in this film are:
Senator John F. Kennedy being greeted at the airport by Georgia Neese Clark Gray;
Senator Kennedy, Mr. Truman, Senator Stuart Symington, and Senator Henry Jackson at a press conference on 20 August 1960;
Connecticut Governor Abraham Ribicoff visiting the Truman Library and having a press conference on 10 August 1960;
Senator Lyndon B. Johnson in a press conference with Mr. Truman on 23 September 1960;
Mr. Truman attending the AFL-CIO Union Industries Show at Municipal Auditorium 16 May 1957 with Tom Evans, "Chick" Humphrey, and Randall Jessee.
