Do you use this after the lumber has air dried?

Only use this on dried wood =) Not because it would be dangerous or anything, but if the wood isn't stable(dried) it will move when it reaches equilibrium later on; no point in milling it before. Fell the tree > sawmill it > stack it and let dry (air or kiln) > plane or/and mill it.

Can it do .75" radius cove and bead joints?, I've been trying to batch produce 2x4 boards 6'-12' boards economically and this beats cnc router and jig sets, definitely in the market

Claims to accept rough sawn lumber, but you did not run any through in the demo. How about running some rough sawn hard woods through - white oak, cherry, maple

NO....it wont joint a board only mould....the manual states this so you would need to have a nearly dimensioned board to start with......it does ahave a lot of cutter options though....flooring or croiwn

4 sided moulding min/max Height = 7/16" - 4" (10-100mm) 1 sided moulding max Height = 9" (230mm)
