Is the DJI Mavic 3 the BEST Consumer DRONE ever? | MPB

I gave MPB another chance and ordered a drone battery, I was informed it would be delivered on Monday, I patiently waited only to be informed it would be delivered Tuesday. It was then marked out on the van for delivery Tuesday. Again i waited patiently only to see by the tracking it was back in the depot Tuesday afternoon. Another example of great service from MPB!

Just one correction. The 7 times telephoto on the Mavic 3 & 3 Pro is not a Hasselblad designed camera, but a DJI design. I know DJI effectively own Hasselblad, but only the main 24 mm camera is Hasselblad's. Otherwise and excellent video and review. Thank you.

You can use the original DJI RC with the Mavic 3. As for the DJI RC 2, so far only the DJI Air 3 drone is listed on the DJI website as compatible with it. - Jakub

Big thanks to Imogen who managed to sort out my issues, I was so refreshing to communicate with someone who clearly understood the value in customer experience management. I did waste many hours on this as I felt it was matter a principle, that was my choice and I'm relieved it has been resolved. I will use MPB in the future, thanks again.

Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware) When it comes to buying a Drone I would NOT recommend you use MPB. I bought one from them and what I was sold was NOT what I received. They may be great for camera gear but don't seem to have the expertise for drone sales.

@@mpbcom You advertised something for sale and when I received it wasn't what was advertised. Your customer service staff were excellent but those above them could only offer a pickup and refund. I had bought this product to teach persons with learning difficulties drone flying so returning it wasn't an option as I had set a date for this. I had to purchase a charger at an additional expense as you refused to send me one although one was advertised in the package, the battery had done more charges than advertised and many other bits where missing. The item also had some damage that wasn't mentioned but I managed to get it sorted. I've been in the drone business for over 7years and I can safely say that this was the worst buying experience I've ever had. It was just as well that your so called experts couldn't see the problem as it was fixed in no time at all and the guys with learning difficulties had a great drone flying experience NO thanks to MPB.
