I hate it that this deficient study material mentions nothing about the immense confusion, physical pain, physical discomfort, social anxiety, shaming by family, misinformation by peers, hormonal lows & weepiness, bloating, limbs pain, fear of spotting, fear of being shamed for spotting ....which accompanies menarch!!!! ... but mentions the "hymen". I also express my displeasure to you for bringing up virginity, which is an immense social pressure on young girls, & its association with hymen, which 99% of modern women do not experience, when it was not even mentioned in the text.
