I just discovered ya channel a few days ago and subbed after watching just a couple videos. You come across really genuine and I can tell you love this music shit. Copped an X and been following. I hope ya channel continues to grow. The way you explain stuff is easy to follow and straightforward. Salute pimpin 🫡

This helped me alot. Ive been looking for a video demonstration of copying bars and moving them left or right, and how to delete a section and have it snap back without leaving a blank section where i deleted. If possible can you make a future video in depth deminstrating these techniques with diffrent ways to copy bars and move them where you want em. Thanks

Ok bet, I will look into that. Glad this video helped!

@Bmorewize-b3nКүн бұрын
@ I did. Exploding tracks in this workflow is a game changer for real. I’m gonna try it and see how it goes. Thanks for dropping this video 🫡🫡

how do transfer files (instruments, drum banks and everything) from sd card to internal ssd on a mpc live 2? Glad I found your channel somebody I finally understand. You got me to pick up my mpc again.
@EveryoneProducesКүн бұрын
That I don't know, I don't use the internal drive on my One+ as it isn't very big and if it gets full it causes problems. My SD Card is 128 GB which is way more space than I will ever use. Is the internal drive you are talking about an upgrade?
@darrylhoward3284Күн бұрын
I have a MPC live 2. I have a one terabyte SSD installed. I also have a 128 MB SD card I was trying to get the content off of the SD card onto the S SD like flex beat player, sub factory, and mini d. Regardless, if you don’t know, I love you channel cause everything else you show Works.

@@darrylhoward3284 that is a really good question, I did some research and couldn't find anything offhand. Maybe try Akai support? And thanks for rockin with me!

@ Great minds think alike! That beat has a warm, colorful, relaxed, atmospheric feel to it, your tutorials are great even better than the official AKAI videos.

usually just explode tracks to wav files and arrange and try to mix on fl studio but i've always enjoyed mixing on the mpc so it fucked with my workflow. tried figuring out the arranger since the introduction but wasnt sure how to cut out parts and arrange how i liked. didnt realize how easy it was until you made it that way. def gonna improve my workflow with this.

That's dope! Yeah with 2.15 I would always do it in Logic, and have to go back and forth so many times. Really hyped on how well everything works in the box with the 3.0 upgrade.

Having the Force clip matrix would've made building your beat in the arranger so much easier & faster. You wouldn't had to do all that recording of parts just to delete it later. Also, on the MPC can't you make different sections with seqs & in song mode convert it to one seq that you can play & edit in the arranger. The way you did this seems kinda convoluted, especially considering if the beat had more tracks & parts. Cool beat tho, I really like the keys!
@EveryoneProducesКүн бұрын
I’ve never used the Force, but yeah, the clip matrix definitely seems like it would make arranging faster. I’ve been experimenting with different workflows to see what makes the most sense, and I think I agree with you about using a combo of Song mode and Arranger. Appreciate the insight, and glad you liked the beat! 🔥✌

Dope stuff ! How’d you know the scale of the main loop - d minor ? I can’t read music the notes etc always confusing… maybe a future video ?
@EveryoneProducesКүн бұрын
I knew the key because I made the loop, but yeah, I could do something like that! Break down a simple way to understand the key of a sample. We probably all need more music theory lol
