@@braintraxmusic I used Kitmaker, then Used the MPC Expansion Builder. That allowed me to use MPC 2.0 Software to import and export them onto a SD card or SSD.

Great video...as a relatively new beat maker my advice is to don't set a deadline for yourself and get frustrated and give up after a few months. Learn the functions of your controller,DAW, etc.. We've all been listening to music our whole life and have ideas in our head but its a whole other skillset to execute.

I want to say it's operator error, but I can record a beat in tract 1, but when I get to track 2, it will allow me to play the pads, but it will not record anything for me. I thought I was just imagining things, but I'm real- when I change to track 2, it will not record anything. What am I doing wrong or does my MPC Live need to be serviced?

They are Maschine kits, Snipe Young made a bunch for them.. I used kit maker to turn them into .XPN files. www.native-instruments.com/en/products/komplete/expansions/pure-drip/

I wouldn’t say better , Maschine expansions are top notch, in my opinion. But recently the same sound designers have been creating expansions for both.

Man, I've had this thing for 6 months, watched your video numerous times and i still can't load the kit I want. I have no problem with my MPC 2000 XL. Should I just box this thing up and take up cooking ? Is there something I'm missing or what. Super frustrated.

@@WeFullTime it's not just one kit...it"s when I''m trying to build a kit. Snare from the deep house drums, kick and hi hats from sonic boom, toms and claps from the vault etc etc....can't seem to figure it out. It seems to erase each other out.

Hey man, i got a question, As i browse the sounds by using the wheel and (once)click on a sound then put on the audition on AUTO but still can't hear anything. Any advice?

Sometimes samples won’t play, it’s weird, did you try holding down the play button on the screen as well? Also make sure Auto is the only box selected, sync and Warp will mess with playback as well. Keep me updated..

Thanks for the reply, I keep hold on Play while the audition mode is on Auto only, still can't hear anything. I am not sure what i did wrong. In the end i reset the preference in the settings.I did RESET PREFERENCES by default. It works now😁 #WeFullTimers,Baby , big timers! Thanks man!
