Of all the videos I've seen of finishing beats in the MPC software this is the best I've seen. Most say they export the tracks and finish in another DAW. I was building multiple sequences and labeling them Intro, Verse, Chorus but I'm gone try this way.
@doswellbeats4 жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching and commenting on the video bro I appreciate it man. I don’t know why they bounce it out to another DAW to arrange the track when you can do it in the mpc software. Bro you don’t have to do all of that . Just bounce your track to audio after you are finished with all your sounds and then arrange it. It’s easier that using the song mode . At least to me it’s easier. Give it a try and let me know how you like it. Please consider subscribing if you haven’t already it will help my channel out greatly 👍🏾🙏🏾

+Nikki Davis make sure you are installing vst, or vst2. Akai doesn’t accept vst3. When you install your vst make sure you install them in a folder you can find after because you have to search for them after you install it. After install open the mpc software 1) go to your preferences 2) go to plugin/ in one of the 4 boxes select the folder where you install your vst. 3) hit scan new 4) afte the scan you will see all the vst you install. Thanks for watching and commenting on the video I appreciate it 🙏🏾👍🏾 let me know if that helped you out

This ‼️‼️‼️ i had no idea how to get anything besides a drum pattern laid down in MPC beats, it seemed so jumbled for me. Almost wanted to switch back to maschine but I haven't made beats in years bro. Thanks to you I'm able to quickly get ideas down, and sequence it. Everything else is secondary. God bless you bro, thank you for using your talent to teach others. BTW i love how you turn it into audio tracks, really gives it a pro tools type vibe.

Thanks for watching and commenting on the video bro I appreciate it. I am glad you find the video helpful. I turn the midi notes to audio because it’s easier for me to arrange my track ones I finish make the beat. The song mode is not good to me. That’s my opinion. Check it out for yourself and let me know how you like the song mode. Akai need to fix that part. Welcome to the channel 🙏🏾👍🏾if you have any questions just hit me up drop a comment

@@doswellbeats I'm with you man. I'd rather get the whole thing laid out with the audio, sequence it that way, and if possible then record the vocals mix and edit all that from one source rather than have one file as the beat and a bunch a vocals........I'm a baby at this though bro. No where near your level lol I've only done some amateur stuff and it's been years. The song mode reminds me of maschine but it seems way more complicated than your method.

Wow, I just upgraded from MPC beats and you make this look so easy. You definitely have a talent for playing and teaching. I like the way in the end, where you can easily modify parts of your composition by converting to audio. Absolutely genius. Thanks for sharing. I am looking forward to seeing more. Thank you Mister Doswell...

@@doswellbeats maybe a silly question but why do you bounce all the MIDI to audio? Couldn't you do same arranging in MIDI and bounce at end? Is this a personal preference or are there other reasons? In my DAW I usually do most arranging in MIDI. Maybe I am missing something and really should be bouncing it to audio and working the way you show? I am intrigued.
@doswellbeats4 жыл бұрын
+Sonic Vision it’s two reasons why I bounce to audio in the MPC Software. 1- when it’s time to arrange my beat in the mpc software the midi notes is not sliced in to bars when you make you tracks longer then 8 bar. They are continuous so it harder to work with. That’s only in the MPC software other DAW break them up.into bars. Akai needs to fix that.
@doswellbeats4 жыл бұрын
+Sonic Vision 2- when you bounce to audio the audio tracks are slice into bars either 4 or 8 whatever you want. So it is easier to do arrangements. And sometimes vst gets messed up when you are trying to reopen up the session. That’s the same with other DAW too. So if you have the audio file no matter if the vst mess up your beat will still be good either all your sounds
