I went back to MPC 2 because when I make a beat and export it , everything would be separated even though I didn’t choose separate tracks . I just want one wav form not multiple tracked sounds , it takes a while because it does the entire song . I have to export 3 or 4 times until I get the single wav that I uploaded on line , when someone buys the beat I give them the track outs some artists just want the one wav form . I check all of my settings and nothing is wrong this started happening after the last mpc3 update.

That's a definite issue. That happened to me also.

Sometimes it exports ok in a single wav other times not. Been trying combinations of export from Song mode first, then export from Save menu. Other way round too and then add a further Export. Seems random. Akai need to fix it soon!!

I like mpc 2 better, I don’t like the wave form display, why do I need that? Feels cramped. Mpc 3.0 is ass cheeks. Ppl who use 3.0 probably jam their hardware mpc unit between their cheeks.

@ the new mpcs are amazing! For small money anyone can have a second hand mpc one, that is way more powerful then a 4000 ever was. The 2.5 software for me is a nice balance between old and new. 2.5 feels like mpc, 3.0 is sort of iPad. Maybe it will get better over time. But I don’t think the software in 3.0 looks great, not how 2.5 looks really solid and hardware/fun!

Version 3 was mad buggy tempo stayed stuck on 120 bpm even tho I was changing it.Roll backed to 2 now all good.

I would love to keep using 3.0 but none of the q links work when doing some work on a sample then when loading instruments (fabric) it either takes about 5 minutes to load or the machine will restart itself. So now on the switch back everything I mentioned seems worst. 🤷🏾‍♂️ but 🫡 and thanks for sharing ✌🏽
